Best Time of the Year to Visit Bali
The best time to visit Bali depends on various reasons such as weather, high and low season. High season is from July till August, during Easter holidays and Christmas/ New Year. This time is busiest in Bali.
But the best time to visit Bali is before and after high season that is April, May, June and September. The season is still dry but it is less humid. The accommodation prices are also dropped between 30 to 50%. This is the time in Bali that is more relaxed. Moreover, shops offer many discounts and sales. And restaurants are less jam-packed. These months are better for water activities such as scuba diving and surfing.

In Bali during April, you should check the Waterbom Bali. There are many different water slides that tourists can slide down depending on the ride. Indonesia is a Muslim country but Bali is predominantly Hindu region. You must be respectful for the culture. It is advisable if you pack a light stuffed long sleeves shirt and loose fitting clothes. It will protect you from the sun and mosquitos. Clothes of fabric such as linen or silk will help you stay cool and will also benefit you in humidity. A loose fitting pants or skirt below the knees will protect you from sun and is good in the heat. It is best if you pack durable shoes as you will be doing a lot of sightseeing. It is advisable to wear sunscreen, sunglasses and hat to protect yourself. If you are travelling in wet season then an umbrella will come in handy. A light raincoat would also do the trick.
